Implemented a Facebook Ads A/B testing methodology to show proof of concept with a 30% CTR.

The Scrapbook for Life’s Spontaneous Moments.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is worth a thousand pictures. That was the impetus for Montage. It is a video sharing platform that leverages short form temporary videos (“Moments”) to stitch together entire adventures. Rather than posting a single picture encapsulating a moment in time, Montage provided a platform to share a montage of the entire journey, from start to finish. This was a powerful tool for nostalgia for the poster, and a way to live vicariously for viewers of the montage.

I developed Montage with a small team of developers, using Jira and the Kanban method to track progress. We were able to develop a fully functional platform for both iOS and Android, using React Native.

Today, Montage has been used by over a 5000 members and maintains a 5 star ratings in app stores.

  • In preparation for funding, I went through multiple iterations of creating a pitch deck that could encapsulate the product, target customer, growth and revenue strategies and long term outlook.
